Sometimes when Zoom opens, it does not display the conference on both screens or the view is zoomed in on one screen and you can only see part of the conference.

1. To fix this, you have to first leave the conference.  Touch the touch panel or move the mouse, and then click on Leave.

2.  Next exit the Zoom software (move the white mouse or touch the screen) until you see the settings icon appear on the Zoom Video screen, click on the icon, then click on Exit (NOT Logout) and enter your 4 digit code.  

3.  Then reopen the software (double-click on the Zoom icon on the desktop) and rejoin the conference.
